General information: 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom air-con villa overlooking
river by golf course near beaches shops and restaurants. Set on a
double plot of land with lawns, shrubs and trees, the villa feels
spacious and is south facing. The solar heated pool and spa hot tub
are great to relax in, are south facing so get day long sun and they
overlook the river at Long Meadow Creek. Comfortable cushioned
loungers complete help that relaxation.

A Laptop computer with broadband access is provided for guest use.
It has a wireless router and wi-fi connection.

Lounge: The villa has a good size open plan living room with satellite
TV,DVD player and CD equipped Hi Fi & radio. The breakfast bar leads
into kitchen and an informal dining area.
The living room has large sliding glass doors to patio and pool. The
formal dining area has a extendable table and 6 comfortable chairs.
Standard BBQ is just outside the poolarea.
We have 2 bikes and 4 fishing rods and a keepnet, beach chairs and
sun umbrellas, all for guest
use, a collection of childrens toys & games, pool toys and a growing
book collection.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen. Cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer
and icemaker, coffee maker, citrus juicer, British tea-pot and egg
cups + grapefruit knife, all the crockery, utensils, pans and
flatware/cutlery that you will need. Breakfast nook table and chairs
with sliding glass doors to patio and pool.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with private walk-in shower and bathroom,
Queen size double bed and cable TV. Walk-in cupboard - generous size.
Large dressing table and mirror. Sliding doors to poolside. 2nd
bedroom with dressing table, generous cupboard and double bed. 3rd
bedroom with twin single beds, cupboard and dressing table.

Bathrooms: Master bedroom bathroom has a walk-in shower, twin basins
and a whirlpool bath. 2nd bathroom for 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Both
bathrooms have electric shaver points and their own hair dryers.

Poolside toilet and hand basin.



This part of the Gulf Coast is stunningly beautiful with great
beaches, shopping and interesting paces to visit - Ringling House &
Arts Centre in nearby Sarasota, the Sarasota Marine Centre, the
Henry Ford & Edison houses in Ft Myers, Englewood's Lemon Bay Theatre,
the Babcock Ranch, Bocca Grand village on Gaspirilla island with
its quaint restaurants - boutique shops - golf cart transport - and
the lighthouse/museum, Myakka State Park with great walks and
boat rides, Stumps Pass Park/beach by Englewood, & Busch Gardens at
Tampa.There is also a Scuba dive centre in Port Charlotte.

For shopping lovers there are good malls in Pt Charlotte and in
Venice. If you want discout shopping outlets, the Ellenton
Prime Outlets complex is massive and less than an hours drive - but
take an extra case as there is so much to like and buy there.

For nature lovers try the Englewood Environmental Centre off Placida
Road, Stumps Pass Park or the Makkaya State Park with great wildlife.



Eating out with so much choice and all within short driving
Englewood and Port Charlotte restaurants will keep most guests very
happy whether you wish to enjoy waterfront or inland dining. We have

If you prefer to cook on the range cooker or BBQ, then the fresh
locally caught fish is excellent. If you prefer to buy in
supermarkets, Publix and SweetBay have good meat and fish selections
as well as everything else you might need. And by the way, on MacCall
Road there is an excellent fruit and veg stall in the mode of the
"farmers markets" which are common-place in many countries.

Golf - well there are 19 courses quite local to Rotonda and the
nearest you can walk to from the villa. Duffy's is particularly

Tennis - 2 sets of courts all nearby, one on Rotonda and the other at
the Tingali centre off McCall Road.

Horse riding, jet skiing, boat hire, fishing trips - the area has
both good river and sea fishing.

Entertainment - the area around has flourishing arts and drama
activities, a multiscreen cimena at Mudrdock Circle in Pt Charlotte,
and details of what is on can be found in the local papers and
libraries. Internet cafes are about and local libraries usually have
facilities too.

For sports lovers there are 2 stadiums and various sporting events
held regularly. If you want to experience Rodeo then check what is
happening in Arcadia about an hours drive away.

So you want to relax - 4 local beaches are excellent, clean and
have changing facilities.



All charges are inclusive of Fl taxes and cleaning before/after your stay. Low season £475 or US$750 p/wk Standard season £545 or US$860 p/wk High season £595 or US$950 p/wk Christmas to end April 15% discount for 4 or more weeks. Payments can be made in US Dollars, GB Pounds or Euro. 4 day stay is minimum payment.
