Enjoy the beautiful mountain & lake surroundings in the heart of
Summit County—pick your ski resort; near only movie theatre & bowling
alley & best restaurants in the county; not as 'touristy' as other
resort towns.

Starbucks, Silverthorne factory outlets (Nike, Coach, Bass, Old Navy,
etc.) Barnes and Noble, Blockbuster, City Market, Gart Sports, Target,
WalMart within five miles.

Meander down the path to the lake from our building for gorgeous
winter walks. Summit stage across the street - just steps from the
door. Our recently remodeled (Summer 2005) ground floor unit with
covered access from entry is in a small complex with just 53 units. A
cozy cabin feel with pine trim work washer/dryer in unit for your
convenience. We offer personal service & tourist info from reservation
to departure.

Sleeping arrangements: Master BR with King-size bed; Second BR (sleeps
4) in 2 bunks and trundle that pulls out; beds have feather/down
mattress pads and soft sheets.

Why stay in Dillon when traveling to Summit County?

-The lake provides incredible views and activities year round.
-It is the heart of the county with centralized access to the ski
resorts and summer activities.
-Dillon has the only movie theatre in the county.
-The only bowling alley in the county is across the street from our
complex.
-Some of the best restaurants are in Dillon.
-It is not as "touristy" as the other cities in the county.
-Starbucks, Barnes and Noble, Blockbuster, City Market, Gart Sports
(discount sports store), Target, and Wal-mart are all within about
five miles of the complex.
-Silverthorne factory outlets: Polo, Nike, Levi's, Liz Claiborne, etc.
about two miles down the road.
-Dillon is a quaint town with a lot to offer and smaller crowds.
-Dillon Amphitheatre provides free concerts during the summer.
-Farmers market every Friday from June through September on the Lake.
-Boat Rentals available from the marina (all within walking distance).
-Something for everyone from skiing, biking, hiking, boating, and
fishing to shopping, reading, and relaxing.
