to stretch out in, and a private pool of your own to relax in.

Amenities

This home is fully equiped. Everything you need to make your stay
the best it can possibly be. From a port o crib and high chair for
the little one, to linens, tvs, vcr and so much more the older ones.
Enjoy some meals at home with our fully equiped eat in kitchen.
Or just enjoy the day by the pool.
However, Our best amenity, is in the fact, that we the owners live
nearby to be of any assistance to our guests!

Attractions

All of Central Florida's attractions are within a few minutes drive
from our home. Disneyworld, Universal, Sea World, Gatorland, etc.

Rates

There are no gimmicks here. We offer a lovely, fully furnished 4 bedroom, vacation home at $120 per night, plus the mandatory 13% tourist tax and $70 clean fee. We require a $250 Booking Fee to hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. If arrival is in less than 30 days, than the full amount is due to book. We also do require a refundable, separate Check of $250 as a damage security. This is returned upon satisfactory departure inspection. Pool heating is available at $35 per day from Oct. to March.
