All stays, require a minimum one week stay. During the summer, additional discounts can be arranged for longer stays. All reservations require a 50% deposit and full payment 40 days prior to arrival. We require a credit card # for the damage deposit. IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICIES: Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will make every effort to rent it to other guests. If we do, we will refund your deposit. The following penalties are in the event we are unable to rent the suites to other guests. 25% cancellation penalty on cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival. 50% cancellation penalty on cancellations received 14 to 29 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations within 13 days of expected arrival.
