Our luxury vacation villa is maintained to the highest standards
comprising 2 master bedrooms with en-suite, one twin bedroom and one
with two singel beds. Cable, T.V. home theatre dvd etc, fully fitted
and equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, all linen and towels
supplied. Spacious lounge and hall, 15ftx28ft pool with optional
electric heating, covered lanni and full patio furniture set with
loungers. Local, family run managment company.

Attractions

Truly 10-15 mins from Disney's Magic Kingdom gate, within 20-25mins
of all other main attractions (sea world discovery cove universal
internation drive etc) horse riding and golf 10 mins drive away. Hwy
192 and all that goes with it are less than 10 mins drive away. Wal-
Mart 5 mins drive. Very central for all of central Florida's
vacation hot spots. Space coast to the east 1 hr. Gulf beaches just
over 1 hr. away.

Rates

Daily rate starting at $145.00. $300.00/week reservation deposit required with booking form. (converts to refundable security deposit when balance paid. Full balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival. minimum stay 5 nights (pro rata rate applies) exit cleaning fee included with 7 nights or over, otherwise exit cleaning fee of $80.00 to be included with final payment. All prices are plus State taxes (currently 13%) Please ask to see our refund policy.(will be e-mailed when requested) Security deposit returned(subject to property check) within 7 days.
