The Villa has basic cable ~ approx. 100 channels. There are 2
televisions - one 32 inch, DVD and PS2 with games in family room
also a 21 inch with DVD in Master bedroom.

The Villa is furnished and fully equipped. There are two sets of
sheets for each bedroom and two full sets of towels for each person.
All kitchen utensils and equipment are provided including, plates,
cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, bake ware, and plastic
pool cups/dishes. There is a hair dryer for both bathrooms, iron and
ironing board and washer and dryer in the Villa. The Villa equipped
with soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for your
comfort upon arrival. This limited amount is provided to you free,
however, replacements are your responsibility during your stay. It
is not necessary that you replace these items before your departure.
Please note that we do not provide dishwasher or laundry detergent.
The Villa has upgraded an “Executive Style” furniture package and a
beautiful coordinated décor.

It also has a free digital safe for your valuble items.
A £150/$250 security deposit is required, regardless of the duration
of your stay.

The Villa has one telephone number for outgoing and incoming calls.
Local calls, select 800 numbers to local attractions airlines &
rental car companies will be free of charge. Calls to Orlando , long
distance or international calls will also be free of charge, so you
wont have to worry about phone cards to keep in touch
