This delightful casita is located in the desirable north beach area
of Sayulita, in a neighborhood of beautiful homes. The access to the
beach is an easy two minute stroll, and town is no more than a ten
minute walk away. We provide off street parking, but due to the
convenient location one does not need a car to get around.


La Palmita is perfect for a couple, situated in a pretty garden
setting, just steps away from the pool. The casita has its own
private garden patio, perfect for intimate dining, or relaxing with
a good book.


The circular bedroom area features a king-sized bed with mosquito
net, ceiling fan, custom primavera wood built-ins, and a marble-
topped kitchenette/bar along one wall. Folding doors and screened
windows open to the secluded patio.

The kitchenette comes fully equiped with Mexican dishes and
glassware, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave,
refrigerator, hot plate, and bottled water.


The spacious bathroom with beautiful decorative tile and two large
closets completes the casita.


Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided. Maid service
