This beautiful high specification garden Apartment is brand new and
has been furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. The
Apartment is situated in the brand new Albayt Costa Galera Country
Club Complex (please visit .albaytcountryclub and
.costagalera for more information). The development includes
Apartments and Townhouses surrounded by lush beautifully maintained
tropical gardens with several outdoor Swimming Pools, one of which
is right next to the apartment.

Further details indoors:
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances
you would expect.
There are two bedrooms, a double room and twin room. Each room is
fully furnished and has amples of storage space as well as its own
The lounge/dining room area, with double patio doors opening out to
the large private garden is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player
and CD player with radio for your entertainment.
The private garden with terrace has sun loungers and a patio
table/chairs for "al fresco" dining whilst taking in the beautiful
backdrop of the Sierra Bermeja Mountains National Park and
surrounding unspoilt countryside.
The property is secured with door and window shutters and an alarm
system. There is also an on site security guard who does regular
walks of the site and underground parking areas.
For your car there is a designated space in the secure underground
car park beneath the apartment



At the heart of the complex is the stunning Albayt Country Club.
This is the "Jewel in the Crown" of the development, which offers a
range of services including a state of the art Spa, Indoor & Outdoor
Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts, Restaurant with Terrace, Full Bar,
Library, Reading room, Pro Golf Shop, Reception desk and a fully
equipped Gym. An extensive range of aerobics classes and beauty
therapy treatments are also provided.

Here you can indulge yourself (at a very resonable weekly membership
fee of 70 Euro) in the indoor heated Swimming Pool, Turkish bath,
Sauna and various Treatment Showers with hot and cold jets and
essential oils. Hydraulic beds for massage, Jacuzzi, Massage rooms
and all the usual Beauty treatments etc. are also provided. Some of
these services will cost extra, eg massages and beauty treatments.

Outside the Club House there is another pool. A 3 hole practice golf
facility with putting area and a covered driving range is due to
open in August 2006.Paddle tennis courts are also available,
adjacent to the Club House. A resident pro manages the golf shop in
the Country Club.

The local unspoilt secluded beach is only 250 meters away and the
complex has 24 hour security. If you prefer, the beautiful beaches
of Estepona, La Duquesa, Sotogrande, Puerto Banus and Marbella are
only a few minutes away by car. Needless to say there are numerous
Golf Courses within minutes of the apartment (approximately 40
courses), including the famous Valderrama course, which is only 15
minutes by car.

Further details outdoors:
The development has several outdoor pools, some of which have
large "Chiringuitas" (pool bars). These are due to open in August
2006 and will offer hot and cold food and beverages, complete with
waiter service to your table or lounger.



There are several attractions close by to interest the whole family.
Selwo Safari Park in Estepona with its animals roaming semi-wild is
a great day out as is the Zoo in Fuengirola. There are also two
Water Parks close by, one in Mijas Costa and the other in
Torremolinos. A great day out is a visit to Gibraltar, (but don`t
forget your passport) where you can take a tour of "The Rock" and
have close contact with the Apes. For the more adventurous, you can
also take a day trip to Morocco on the fast Ferry from Algercias.
Also in the area are several beautiful villages, towns and cites.
These include Casares , Ronda, Mijas, Selville and Granada to name
but a few.The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf,
with good reason. There are at least 40 courses along the coastline.
Closest to the Apartment are Estepona and Duquesa, both within a 5
minute drive and reasonably priced. The famous Valderrama course is
only 15 minutes away as is San Roque, Marbella, Atalaya, El Paraiso
and Sontogrande. A Handicap Certificate is required by most Golf



Note: All prices quoted are in GB Pounds September/October 275 November/December 250 January - April 250 May/June 275 July/August 495 September/October 275 November/December 250 Booking Conditions for Albayt Resort and Country Club Apartment Standard Booking Conditions: A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) of the total rental amount is required in order for a booking to be confirmed. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these booking terms. The balance, plus a refundable security/breakages deposit of 150 GBP, is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, payment of the full amount is required at time of reservation. Very Important - Insurance: All clients are required to have adequate Holiday Insurance Cover for the entire rental period. This you will need to arrange yourselves through a reputable Insurance Company. This is required to cover guests for cancellation or illness and for accidents or injuries that may occur whilst staying in the Apartment. Safety: The property has a a number of private pools,childrens play areas, tennis courts, a driving range and a 3 hole practice golf course. The owners and their agents cannot accept resposibility whatsoever and howsoever caused as a result of use of the pools, other facilities and the surrounding area. Liability: We cannot accept liability for acts of omissions of or changes of third parties, such as Airlines, Car Hire Companies etc. No claim can be made on the Owners or Managing Agent, whatsoever, for accident, loss, or injury. Amendments to Booking:. If you decide to change the details of the booking at a later date we will do our very best to make the changes requested. However, changes requested within 8 weeks of the commencement of your holiday may result in the booking being treated as a cancellation. Force Majeure: We cannot accept responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of loss or changes caused by Force Majeure e.g Strikes, Fire, Flood, Airport Closures, Weather Conditions, War, Riots, Terrorist Activity or any other event beyond our control. Please Note: All prices quoted are for the Apartment per week and include all taxes, linen, towels, electricity, water and cleaning of the apartment. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned once a week but extra cleaning can be provided (arranged and paid for through the Country Club Reception) at a rate of 15 Euro per hr. (10 GBP approx). Membership of the Country Club is available at 70 Euro per week per adult (48 GBP approx). This is very good value for money and entitles you to discounts on the use of many of the chargeable services and facilities available in the Country Club. There is no surcharge for Christmas or Easter. Bookings of 2 to 4 weeks qualify for a 10% discount. Very attractive long stay discounts (one month or more) are also available. Please contact me for specific details. Payment can be made in several ways as follows: 1. On-line by credit or debit card through the secure PayPal on- line payment service. Please note that you do not have to sign up to PayPal to use this service. This is usually the preferred method for most guests 2. By international bank transfer using IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) codes which will be provided. 3.
