Description

Tradewinds is a fairly new condo building which was built in 1999.
After Hurricane Ivan in September 2004, the pool and associated
landscape were totally re-built. The configuration of the
indoor/outdoor pool is directly behind the building between the
building and beach. Views are spectacular.
Also worth noting is Tradewinds only has 109 condo units thus the
beach is much less crowded that mega-Condo buildings. Tradewinds is
about ½ mile from a strip center which includes a “Brunos” and “Winn-
Dixie” grocery store as well as numerous other shops and restaurants
i.e. Dollar Store (plenty of inexpensive sand toys here), movie
rental, emergency medical center, Pizza palace,etc. Tradewinds is
approximately 5 miles east from the main intersection of Perdido
Beach Boulevard and highway 59 which is the intersection for many
souvenirs shops, additional restaurants and childrens entertainment
(small amusement park, Water Park, etc). There is also a Super Wal-
Mart near this intersection which includes groceries.

Condo #905 2BR/2BA Gulf Front Condo. This beautifully decorated
unit has a Queen bed in the master bedroom and guest bedroom as well
as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit will sleep
six people comfortably. This unit has a large fully equipped
kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. It
also has a washer and dryer, television in living room and master
bedroom and high speed internet. The Condo is ready for you to
enjoy. It has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Linens and
towels are furnished.
