for your stay.

Colour TV, stereo, CD, heating and air conditioning. Refrigerator
and freezer, gas hob stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee
and tea pots, and all necessary equipment for cooking.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

Very well located in the centre of Barcelona, in the Eixample Area,
you are very close to all you may want to see or visit in town,
museums, historic buildings, atractions, restaurants or the beach.
With buses, metro or by taxi you may need no more than 10 minutes to
get where you want to be.

During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartments may have: a surcharge, a minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100% Booking: 10 euros; cleaning service: one-time fee of 60 euros for apartment-cleaning at the end of your stay; Breakage or damage deposit: 300 euros as a guarantee for the flat that must be paid in cash on arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done. Arrivals and departures between 22:00 hours and 8:00 have to pay a surcharge of 20 euros
