Our homes location is on a nine hole exucutive golf course with a
waterview of Lake Davneport. We are 1/4 mile off route 192. Lots of
restaurants and shops nearby. 7 miles to walt Disney Worlds famous
resorts and a few miles to other attractions like Gator world and
Universal Studios.

Rates

775.00 per week - All other weeks 850.00 for mid weeks - Spring Break 950 for high weeks Thansgiving - Christmas 2500.00 for monthly rental Snow birds welcome Prices include taxes and rental. 150.00 refundable security deposit is also due prior to rental. This will be returned provided the home is returned in the shape it was rented. 135.00 per night otherwise + cleaning fee for less than 5 nights
