vacation getaway relaxing and enjoyable. We offer a clean, updated
kitchen and plenty of room for relaxing and privacy. The pool table is
great for indoor entertainment. Use our dock for any watercraft you
bring, and swim, or fish from it as well. Just 15 minutes to skiing at
Shawnee Peak, 30 to N.Conway, NH attractions and outlet shopping.
Snowmobile from driveway on over 450 miles of groomed trails. Go to a
Drive-In theater, antiquing, hiking, cross country skiing, live theater,
and all Western Lakes Region amenities. See beautiful Fall foliage &
Fryeburg Fair. We offer enjoyment for all ages in all seasons.

Amenities

This home works well for families. There are 3 Queen sized beds and 2
sets of bunks with full size on the lower half and twin size on top.
Open design of living room (with pool table and wood stove) and kitchen
and dining area make socializing smooth and easy. The large deck has
umbrella table and charcoal grill. Small screen porch is on the front
of the house. Kitchen has flat top electric stove, fridge with ice
maker and a dishwasher. Upstairs bath has tub/shower combination and
downstairs has shower stall. Large yard on corner lot allows ample
level parking and room for boat trailer or snowmobiles as well. Walk to
town beach and user friendly boat launch is just beyond. Come enjoy!

Rates

We offer our home year round. Summer weekly rates from $975. Other weekends from $400. Holiday, School Vacations, Fryeburg Fair, and Christmas rates vary. Off season monthly rate $1000 + Heat. Additional security deposit of $200 and lease agreement required on all rentals. No Smoking. No Pets.
