Rates quoted are per room. We rent on a nightly basis with rates
starting at $99.00. Group or multiple night discounts are
available. (tax rate is 3% + $1.00 per night per room)
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night’s room rate is required to confirm your
reservation. Deposits may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express or by check, if sent at least 14 days in advance of
If you are paying your deposit by credit card, the deposit amount
will be charged to your credit card account or to your bank account
(debit cards) at the time the reservation is made. The room balance
is due upon arrival. During Special Events deposits are due 30 days
prior to arrival.
There are no refunds for early departure or changes in arrival
unless you notify us 14 days in advance. NO-Shows are charged for
their entire stay.
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior (Special
Events 30 days prior) to reservation for refund of Deposit minus a
$10.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is made in less than
14 days (Special Events 30 days), deposit, minus $10.00 fee, will be
refunded only in the event the room is rebooked; otherwise the total
charge is forfeited.
Special deposit and cancellation procedures apply for groups,
reunions and special event bookings.
