I am renting my timeshare for 1 week for a flat rate of $650 only
week starting Sept. 15 - Dec. 15 2006.

Great deal (no tax included). Regular price from (fall) $122/day to
(winter) $180/day for a 1 bedroom suite sleeps 4 (does not include
tax). This is already a $610 savings for a wk in winter season.
Resort is located close to ski resort.

Amenities

Here at Tahoe Seasons Resort, they have 160 suites jam-packed with
the fun atmosphere of an all-season resort and the ambiance of a
romantic honeymoon hideaway. Each spacious suite features a private
spa. There are two color TV's, a video player, and most have a
fireplace. Stash some munchies in the refrigerator for later on.
You've also got a microwave, wet bar sink and coffee maker for
morning java.

The suites come in the one-bedroom suite sleeps up to four adults,
with queen bed and queen sofa sleeper.

Attractions

Major attractions include: Emerald Bay, the Tahoe Queen and M.S.
Dixie II Paddlewheel Cruises of the Lake, Virginia City, Heavenly
Ski Resort and the new Gondola, Horseback Riding, Fishing, Gambling
at the Stateline Casinos; Harveys, Harrah's, Caesars and Horizon are
just 5 minutes away!

Tahoe Seasons Resort offers ski trips to major ski areas organized
by the activity desk through the concierge, along with other group
activities year 'round.

Rates

Flat rate fee of $650/ week. Selection weeks starting Sept. 15 - Dec. 15 Also include in your e-mail the week you are interested I need to check if it's still available. If you are picking a week that falls on a holiday ex. x'mas, new year is not available. Select a week that starts on Friday for 7 days. I only accept check & cashiers check. Once agreement is made I'll make the reservation ahead of time on whoever name is and I'll give the reservation no. after I receive payment. Please note: This room is for 4, any additional person will be paid by the buyer contact the resort for additional rate fees. Also this rental does not include any long distance calls or internet connections. This fees are paid to the resort.
