on Disney, Carnival or Royal Caribbean out of the port and use the
condo as your pre and post-cruise vacation base.

You can always choose to walk a hundred feet or so and sit beachside
on our own private boardwalk or on the beach.

112 is a 2BR, 2BA unit, 1250 sq. ft., with living room, dining room,
kitchen and generous closet space. The unit comes fully furnished.
Great seafood, steak and other restaurants and bars are within easy
walking distance, as are grocery stores and beachware shopping
facilities. The property is located only hundreds of feet from the
world-renowned Cocoa Beach Pier. The equally famous Ron Jon surf
shop is also within walking distance.

LCD High Definition TV, cable with HD channels and High speed
internet is included.

Rates: $650-900 per week, $1,600-$1,900 per month -- no daily
rentals
