This is not a typical hotel apartment!

The Grand Mayan offers ocean front rooms featuring beautifully
equipped full kitchens, spacious patios with lounge chairs & cooling
pools, in room jacuzzi's, and king size beds. All rooms have
individual access to the patio and are tastefully decorated.

The unit is huge.... see the floor plan above!

You get a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with lockout so 2 families can
enjoy the beautiful surroundings together.

If you do not want both bedrooms, I can let you have the 1 bedroom
apartment without the "lock out" bedroom

Amenities

The Mayan Resorts feature professionally designed golf courses, the
largest pools (by total surface area) in the world, miles of
stunning beachfront locations, on site water parks, numerous on site
restaurants, bars, and discos. If you need to keep in touch with
work or family, there is also a cyber cafe!

Activities include golf, swimming, snorkling, scuba diving,
parasailing, volleyball, tennis, deep sea fishing, sailing,
shopping, wonderful dining, and more! Renters receive discounted
rates on golfing and tennis fees

Grand Master Room (no kitchen): $850 per week Private occupancy: 2 Max occupancy: 4 Grand Suite with living & full kitchen: $1750 per week Private occupancy: 4 Max occupancy: 6 Grand Master Suite with living & full Kitchen: $2150 per week Private occupancy: 4 Max occupancy: 8 Booking is secured by payment of deposit direct to my account at Mayan Resorts. The balance is due for payment 10 weeks before the rental period, by transfer to my Bank of America account This unit is not available during Holy and Easter weeks and Christmas and New-Year weeks.
