Description

Why feel like you have to have three or four familes to rent a home
in Nags Head. We purchase small older homes so families can still
have some privacy and won't have people crawling all over them. Finch
Street has a small 2 BR, 1 bath, full kitchen, outside shower, AC, TV
with VCR and 50 or more movies and best of all, it just a three
minute walk to the beach. A great place for one or two couples. The
cottage is old but loveable, clean and friendly. Don't forget to
visit the Kill Devil Grill, the best food on the beach with very good
prices - great for lunch or dinner and 10 miles from the cottage on
the beach road. The best breakfast place is Sam & Omies, one mile
from the cottage, on the beach road.

Attractions

Great for on or two couples or for 2 to 4 students. Between the
highways, close to outlets, groc store, three minutes to the beach,
close to Manteo, fishing, 15 miles to the Oregon Inlet.Bring your own
linens for two queen beds.

Rates

The cottage is available around May 19 or sooner. The cottage can be rented by the week @ 600.00 per week for May, June and July. Aug and Sept will be $700.00 per week. If you prefer a monthly rental, May including July will be $2,000.00 per month and Aug - Sept is $2,300.00 per month. Monthly rentals are require to pay a $1,000.00 securty deposit that will be returned by mail after the cottage is inspected upon departure. Weekly renters are required to pay 1/2 of the weekly rent as a deposit that will be returned by mail after the cottage is inspected upon departure. Monthly renter will be required to sign a lease, if you are under 23 years of age, a co-signer will be required.
