Rates

From now until September we are offering 25% to 50% discounts from the rates shown on our web site rate chart. These rates are avaiable only via the telephone (727-595-5727) ask for Susan, evenings best. We require theeusual reservation deposit ($300.00) and there is a $85.00 departure cleaning fee and tax (12%).
