We have a stunning guest house with private suites available for
short or longer summer stays. This remarkable house was once the home
of the dean of the law school and sits on a quiet cul-de-sac two
blocks from the Cornell campus, close to the Chapter House in Ithaca,
NY. The house accommodates up to 21 people with 9 bedrooms and 6.5
baths. It also includes full use of the living room, dining room,
gourmet kitchen, porches, grounds and basement laundry. Continental
breakfast is served each morning. The house can
be let in its entirety or by individual suites with flexible
arrangements for singles, couples and families. Stay in the heart of
the Finger Lakes in one of summer's most enjoyable and vibrant
communities. Take in the surrounding lakes, parks, gorges,
universities, wineries, theatre and a host of other summer places
from the comfort and beauty of Edgewood House. All bedrooms are air

area and weekly stays are considerably discounted. We want you as our
guests for our new season. Rooms begin at a low 85 per night with
shared bath. Weekly and whole house rentals packages are
significantly reduced.

Rates

Edgewood Guest House is open from the first of June until mid August 
only. We rent by the individual room to the entire house for any 
length of stay.  Our rooms range from $85 per night for a shared bath 
double bedded room to $150 for our private luxury suites.  Weekly 
stays are well discounted for the individual rooms and whole house 
rental for a large group is deeply discounted if we have the house 
open for that period.  We send you an e-contract and do reserve by 
the internet...all very simple.
