within a private courtyard. The house has 2 King bedrooms, and 1
bedroom with 2 twins and 2 daybeds in den (no privacy doors). The
house & cottage can sleep 12. The house features a large gulf front
deck, large sunroom, separate TV room, courtyard. Su Casa has high
ceilings & ceiling fans throughout, central heat & air & separate
wall unit on sunporch. Cottage has 2 window units. This charming
and colorful house has vintage rattan and retro hawaiian fabrics &
sisal rugs.Beach has 200 ' of recently renourished sand and soft,
sugar sand beaches for easy walking. The warm and calm waters of the
Gulf of Mexico are safe swimming & playing for "little ones". Pets
welcome with permission.

Amenities

Su Casa has 2 outside showers, large private deck which runs the
length of the house, private courtyard, gas grill, micro., glass
topped stove, W/D, 6 TV's and DVD & boombox. Beautiful (recently
renourished sugar sand beaches.

Attractions

Indian Rocks Beach is 45 min. to Tampa & Busch Gardens, 2 1/2 hrs. to
"Disney" and many other theme parks. Local area has fine dining,
shopping, all water sports, sports arenas, golf, boating, charter
fishing,antiquing, near airports.
