6 St. John's Terrace is a double storey townhouse in vibey, trendy
Green Point, first suburb out of Downtown Cape Town on the Atlantic
side of the Cape Peninsula. It's central location makes it ideally
situated for the best that the city has to offer. We are only 2
minutes by car from the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and an easy 15
minute stroll away. Sea Point with it's beaches, restaurants and
open air swimming pools is the neighbouring suburb, within easy
walking distance or via public transport. The hugely popular and
stunning beaches and communities of Clifton and Camps Bay are only 10
minutes away by car. Croxteth Road is parallel to, and between the
High Level Road and Main Road, both having public transport of one
form or another. It is a quiet residential street with much old
Victorian character.



Upstairs has 3 bedrooms each with their own full en-suite bathroom
and balcony. 2 Bedrooms have double beds and the 3rd has 2 single
beds, or 1 if preferred. Inbetween these rooms is an open sitting
room that can be cleared to take up to 4 single beds.
Downstairs is entered by the front door, or through a remote control
garage door ( secure parking for 1 standard size vehicle ) with
direct access into a large, sunny and bright open-plan lounge, dining
area and kitchen, and there's also a guest toilet with handbasin.
The lounge has ample comfortable seating, a TV with M-Net ( the movie
channel ), a Hi-fi for cds, tapes and radio, a DVD player and a VCR.
The owner has literally hundreds of movies of every type available
for guests quite free and anytime, and lives in an apartment under
the house...connected to it, but with a separate entrance. There's
also a double sleeper couch, and another single bed can be positioned
alongside it thus providing beds for up to 13 guests, with all linen
and towels.
The dining area can seat 10 people and there are steps to a garden
patio below with washing lines and a portable braai / bar-b-q.
The kitchen has every modern convenience...large refrigerator with
freezer, undercounter oven with extractor fan, washing machine /
tumble dryer combination, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine
and all the pots and pans, crockery and cutlery needed for large
The house has its own telephone, and a computer ( e-mail and the
internet ) and a fax machine are on the premises.
Security is total and there's a safe for valuables in one of the



Throughout the year the minimum rates are R615 per night and this is for 1 to 3 people. Thereafter it's R205 per person per night. From mid December until mid January the rates are R2250 per night for 1 up to 10 people. Any numbers after that will need to be negotiated.
