Description

This property is rented by the month only. The house is designed to
allow the patio doors to open within the lanai so that the house is
open to the warm gulf air.The pool is heated to 82 degrees allowing
swimming year round. The bedrooms consist of master bedroom with
ensuite bathroom, guest bedroom one with two twin beds, guset
bedroom two with two twin beds, dining room seating six, and kitchen
with all conveniences. The sitting room contains two comfortable
couches, one recliner, one armchair aand several other seats. The
porch has dining table and four upholstered chairs, a porch swing
and two cane chairs and a coffee table.The garden has a lake and the
bike path outside runs the length of the island much of which is a
bird sanctuary . The beach is a 3 minute walk away and is world
renowned for its shelling.

Amenities

There are two televisions with DVDs and VHS video player, and the
whole house has high speed internet which is wireless and can be
used poolside. Bring your own laptop please.If possible bring mobile
phone.

Rates

High season rates are $300/day (April 15th through November 15th) Low season rates are $200/day (November 16th through April 14th) These rates include house-keeping service before you arrive and house keeping service after you leave. Extras include Babysitting service which can be arranged, also bike rental. Half the total rental price is due on booking. The balance plus 20% damage deposit (refunded after you leave) is due ten days before arrival.
