*** The accommodations, in Mid and High Season, are available on a
weekly basis -- Saturday to Saturday. (We can be more flexible in Low
Season, minimum 3 nights and in Mid Season, minimum 5 nights in the week.)
*** It is possible to rent them separated for 2 or 4 people, or all
together for a maximum of 14 people.
*** Heating is excluded from the prices and it will be charged on
Terms & Conditions:
- The prices change from the type of apartment that you confirm and it
depends on the number of persons and the season.
- At the reservation, to confirm it, we ask a 30% DEPOSIT of the total
amount. The payment is possible by Credit Card, bank transfer.
- At check-in, we ask a SECURITY DEPOSIT* (Returned at check-out) of
Euro 155.00 in cash and the BALANCE (final payment) of 70% in cash or
by Credit Card.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 155.00 (in cash) is to be left
with the owners upon arrival. This money will be refunded upon your
departure, at the end of your holiday, less a deduction for any
additional costs excluded from the letting price or for the costs of
making goods any loss or damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the unfortunate event you need to cancel all
or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if the cancellation is received more than 30 days
prior to arrival, or
b) deposit + an additional 50% of the balance - if the cancellation is
received between 29 days and 14 days prior to arrival, or
c) total rent - if the cancellation is received less than 13 days
prior to arrival or in case of NO SHOW (any communication of
cancellation and not presentation of the customer for the holiday).
Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out: before 9.30 a.m.
