overlooks your own private wildlife area. An open floor plan with the
kitchen, livingroom and dining room all together in one large room.

House comes with dishwasher, double-door fridge and freezer, microwave,
a full kitchen and a washing machine. In floor radiant heat, nice and
warm on chilly toes on cold mornings,cool and quiet in the summer. Views
of the La Plata Mountains and Twilights, Elco Creek runs through the
property.

Attractions

Great hiking from the house, lots to see all along the Animas River
Corridor. If you like to fish, or just watch nature, a diverse selection
of the area bird and wildlife come thru this rich and diverse habitat.
Twelve miles away lies the fun town of Durango, a hundred restaurants,
rafting,kayaking,ride the Durango-Silverton Steam Train.

Rates

$200/day [4 day minimum], $1200/week, $3600/month.We require a damage deposit of $200, refundable at the end of your stay.
