Casale Aia is an ancient house, recently restored, surrounded by a
large park with Pool. We can offer a selection of apartments and
villas, all offering a comfortable ambience. Situated just 7km from
the beautiful sandy beaches and the pine-woods of the Etruscan Coast.
Pisa is in 20 minutes by car. Florence is 45 mins by car.
All the apartments and villa are renovated in accordance with the
traditional Tuscan style and architecture with particular attention
to the furniture. Original details and modern facilities give a
comfortable ambience: terracotta floor and antique furniture mix
together with television, air conditioning, single heating.

The property is only 5 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches and
the pine-woods of the Etruscan Coast.
The ancient house, recently restored, is surrounded by a beautiful
garden with grass. The guests have at their disposal the big pool
with solarium and a corner with barbeque. Parking inside the property.

Etruscan Coast. We are in the heart of the most famous tuscan wine
productions but don’t forget to try the wine and the biologic oil of
