     Description

Stay in my upscale Disney themed home just four miles from Disney
World! It is completely equipped for your vacation with all the
necessities and much more.

Instead of crowding into one or two rooms, you will have my entire
house to relax in after an active day at the theme parks. Just
imagine coming back after a busy day at Disney World and swimming in
your very own heated private pool and Spa— a pool that never closes,
and that you never have to share.

Many people would think that these accommodations are out of reach
for most families, but the surprising truth is you can rent my house
for less than the price of two standard hotel rooms!

This is a perfect solution for accommodating family reunions or
large “magical gatherings”—rent my home and one or more of my
friend’s homes.

These are big claims to make. We want to prove to you that for
families and even groups traveling together, renting a pool home is
an excellent choice for accommodations in the Disney World area. Kids
love staying at my home—so do their parents! Join the many happy
families that have enjoyed their vacations at my home.

     Amenities

My home is so close to Disney World you can hear the fireworks! The
pool and spa are private and can be heated. The view from the
screened in backyard overlooks a finely manicured golf course. This
is a fully equipped home with all the conveniences.
This house appears to be in a quiet community in the suburbs— who
would think it is in the middle of so many recreational opportunities!
There is a large table and chairs with matching umbrella for your
casual meals outdoors. I have supplied some great, fun plastic
dishes, serving ware and stemware to use on the pool deck.

A gas grill has been added for the convenience of our guests. This
adds flexibility to your menu. Grill steaks for mom and dad,
hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids, or even fish for the
vegetarian.
Our home is decorated in what I like to call “Upscale Disney”. I have
been collecting special official Disney merchandise for our home for
some time until we found just the right home for our family.

When you open the front door, you will know that you are on a Disney
World vacation. Displayed are some of our favorite “Art of Disney”
and “Epcot Festival” posters throughout our home, as well as special
Disney decorative touches.

In the living room, watch the 32” TV, VCR, and DVD/ CD Player. These
are all hooked up to the 575 watt Sony Home Theatre System with
surround sound to better enjoy your listening while viewing. There
are over 60 videos to watch as well as a few DVDs.

Our family loves to play board games, so we have provided games such
as Disney Monopoly, Disney Sorry, Disney Music Trivia and Disney Card
Games and our favorite family game, Mexican Train, played with
Dominoes. As time goes on, we will be adding to our game collection
and our video library.

While in the living room plan your next vacation day using
the “Unofficial Guide to Disney World” or read about the history of
Disney World— just some of the books we have provided for our guests
to read.

The hand painted palm tree mural in the living room has been a big
hit with the guests and reinforces the tropical Florida feeling of
our home.
In the dining room, we have a family size table with 6 chairs. There
are sliding glass doors opening to the pool area, providing a lovely
view to enjoy while dining. It adjoins the kitchen for easy serving
of meals.

While working at the kitchen sink, you can enjoy the pool/golf course
view. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities such as
dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, electric range with self-
cleaning oven, microwave, coffee maker (very necessary) etc. plus
many extras such as blender, mixer, waffle maker, Mickey Mouse
toaster, bartending tools etc. Everything needed to prepare gourmet
meals is here, even a garlic press!

We have a high-chair in the dining room (or kitchen) for our grandson
and our other young guests- no need to request one for your stay.

The atmosphere is always bright and cheerful in the kitchen nook—the
perfect place to have breakfast to start your vacation day. Don’t
want to cook? In the drawer in the kitchen, you will find local
tourist publications that offer coupons and maps for attractions,
shopping and, of course, restaurants.

There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen closet with an iron and
ironing board— no trips to the Laundromat will be needed.
The theme of the master bedroom is “Cinderella’s Castle” with three
of my favorite posters depicting the Disney masterpiece decorating
the room.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom. Sunny, yellow bedding
accentuates the warm and inviting room. For our guests who must do
business while on vacation, there is a computer desk and phone line
for their laptop computer in the room.

Watch the TV or one of our many DVD or VHS videos after returning
home in the evening. Since the room also has two windows, you can
take in the pool and waterfall spa view from in here. You can hear
the waterfall gently cascading into the pool—a very relaxing sound.

Adjoining the bedroom is the master bath. There are two sinks and
large vanity for grooming. An ample shower and big walk in closet
complete the master bath.
This room has an “Epcot Flower Festival” theme. The Flower Festival
occurs each spring and it is a family favorite—we try never to miss
it.

In this room is a full or double bed and the third TV with VCR.

There is a second bath between this room and the third bedroom.
It will be evident when you enter this charming room that it lives up
to its name.

Especially fun is the Winnie the Pooh Lamp. Push the button and watch
Pooh pull the chain to turn on and off the lamp while “Pooh”, songs
are played.

On the twin beds is the “Pooh Does Toy Story 2” collection of stuffed
animals for the children to enjoy. Sitting on the chair is a large
Winnie the Pooh for our guests to love.
How could we have a Disney themed home without a room dedicated to
everyone’s favorite mouse?

The fourth bedroom is decorated with posters depicting Mickey through
his 75 years of entertaining children of all ages. Mickey and Minnie
along with Pluto are sitting on the beds, waiting to play with our
young guests.

We have gone to great lengths and expense to equip our home for our
guests and ourselves. We are certain that you will enjoy your stay
here as much as our family does and will want to come back to our
home when you return for your next Disney World vacation.

     Attractions

Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are only minutes away.
Several excellent golf courses are close to our home. Shopping of
every type - including upscale outlets- is right around the corner.
There are dozens of restaurants for you to choose from. You will not
believe how conveniently placed this house is to vacation fun.
