Description

The UK owner offers for rental a ground floor, non smoking,
condominium comprising a lounge, with dining area, two bedrooms, two
bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and utility room, plus an outside
terrace.
New in October 2005 and fully furnished in a tropical manner,the
lounge has two sofas, one being a queen sized sofa bed that can be
used to sleep two people, a television, DVD player, telephone and
internet connection.
The dining area has a six seat dining table and a patio door leading
to the terrace, where there is a table and four chairs.
The kitchen has a ceramic topped cooker, microwave, refrigerator,
dishwasher and the usual small appliances such as toaster, kettle etc.
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, a two seat sofa and a
television. The en suite bathroom has two wash basins, a bath, with
over-bath shower and a separate walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds and it's own bathroom that has
a hand basin and bath with shower.

Amenities

There is a communal swimming pool and hot tub on site. Also available
outside is a volley ball court.
The clubhouse has a television for communal viewing, an exercise
room and a games room that houses a pool table and electronic games
consoles.

Rates vary from $70 per night in the low season to $120 per night in the main season, excluding Christmas and Easter. All rates are subject to State Tourist Tax of 12% and a "one off" charge of $25 to cover the cleaning of the condo prior to your arrival and the services of the management company who can assist you with bookings for the attractions and any problems that you may have during your stay. A deposit of 25% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 8 weeks before the start date of your vacation. A "credit card deposit" is required when collecting the keys to cover any breakages or damage to the property during your stay. Telephone calls are free to "land line numbers" in all areas of the USA, Canada, UK, France, Italy and Spain. Calls to cellphone numbers are chargeable!
