Payment and Cancellation Policies:
1-3 nights rent to complete the booking (balance on arrival - credit card
or traveler check). A security / damage deposit (amount to be
discussed with the owner) is required. You will receive credit on a
booking made within one year if you cancel within the period of 30-
90days before check-in ... Depends on season, consult with owner.
Owner accepts payment by: Personal Check, Visa, Master Card, JCB,
Money Order, Cashiers Check, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash. Personal
checks, money orders, wires, direct bank deposits must be covered by
a credit card until payment is received and transaction clears. No actual
charges will be billed to any credit card as long as there is no problem
with the (non-credit card) payment.
Minimum stay & Deposits:
Low Season: $670/night ... 1-3 days (1-2 day rates higher) ...
1 nights rate + taxes
High Season: $730/night ... 3-5 days (3-4 day rates higher) ...
Deposit: 2 nights rate + taxes
Peak Season: $790/night ... 5 days ... Deposit: 3 nights rate + taxes
Cleaning (one time payment):
$250 ($325 with Ohana unit) + tax
