     Description 


With a 189 degree view of the Caribbean Sea, this cozy,colorful villa
on half an acre offers two air-conditioned bedrooms with private
balconies, a compact, well equipped kitchen and living area opening
onto a deck perfect for sunset watching. The two bathrooms have
outside showers among flowering- vine covered boulders. The pool and
site are very private with no other houses on the road or nearby.



 

     Amenities 


The house has two air conditioned bedrooms, large ceiling fans in
bedrooms and living areas, a TV/VCR, DVD player, dishwasher, electric
blender and beater, food processor,toaster, outdoor grill,iron, hair
dryers -- and all anyone needs for a perfect tropical vacation.



 

     Attractions 


Our renters and guests rave about our privacy as well as how colorful
and "Caribbean" the villa is. It is the only home at Nail Bay that
does not have other buildings on its property which keeps it
especially secluded. We also offer numerous books on fish, birds and
flowers of the Caribbean for our guests as well as well stocked
reading shelves, mainly good literature but also some fun
mystery/detective novels. If you like art, notice the pictures we
have, as some are quite special. We also almost always have a very
sweet caressing breeze; it is rarely too windy to eat outside.



 

     Rates 



Christmas Season: December 19 - Jan 3 $400 per night Winter Season: Jan 4 - Apr 14 $350 per night Summer: Apr 15 - Dec18 $240 per night Tropical Tranquility Package: May 1 - December 18 $2430 per week Honeymoon Package: May 1 - December 18 $2485 per week Family Package: May 1 - December 18 $2985 per week Other Important Information: 1.Arrival Let me know when and where you will arrive (dock or airport) and I can arrange for a jeep to pick you up and/or, if you let me know ahead of time, for it to be rented for you for your stay. 2. Check-in Time 2:30 3. Check-out time: 11:00 AM 4. Currency: USA Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 1/3 of the full fee is required two weeks from the date you have reserved Island Dream. (E.g., If you have reserved it on Jan 20 for April 4, I need to have 1/3 of the fee two weeks from Jan. 20. I will hold your dates for those two weeks). The remainder is due forty days before the first day of your reserved date (so if your first rental day is April 4, I need to have the rest of the money no later than Feb 24.) If you decide to cancel, you must inform me in writing at least 40 days prior to the date of your arrival. I may charge you a $50.00 cancellation fee. I will not refund your deposit for Christmas season rentals if you cancel on or before Oct. 1. Other Services: Maid service, six days a week, is included in the rates (not Sundays or holidays). There is a surcharge of $30. per night for use of the sleeper couch. (If you don't want the maid service or only want it once or twice --if you let me know beforehand, I will charge you$20. less for each of the maid days that you do not want a maid. My own experience is that usually having a maid once a week is plenty -- it's not a huge house! -- but sometimes the luxury of a maid -especially if there are children around... more often is exactly what I'm in the mood for! So-whatever works best for you.). Added to your final bill will be a 7% Government Tax and a 10% Service Charge (for Nail Bay management). unless it is included in a Package that you choose. This 17% tax you pay to Nail Bay Management company while there before you leave. I would greatly appreciate your paying the leaving costs with a check or cash rather than a credit card. If you are not renting with a package that includes a jeep, I strongly suggest that you rent a 4-wheel drive jeep. If you wish to do that and tell me so several months before you arrive, I will arrange for one for you. Once you know exactly where and when you arrive (dock, airport). Let me know and I will inform the management at Nail Bay so that they will have the keys to ID ready for you and give you directions to our villa. Also, please let me know if you want the guest bedroom arranged with one bed (the day bed), twin beds or a king-sized bed. If any problems occur while you are there (such as the grill doesn't seem to work) call the Nail Bay management immediately. You just dial 0 on the phone. They tend to respond quickly, courteously and efficiently.
