Large fully equiped kitchen with all appliances, including dishwasher,

Daily Provencal market with the freshest of vegetables, fish, meats.
We provide all linens including beach towels,at no charge. We have a
local agent who can arrange to have beds made before arrival, and the
flat and linens cleaned on departure for 40 euros.

Attractions

Nice and Cannes within 20 minutes, with museums, dining,markets.
Within 1 1/2 hours of several ski resorts. Two hours to Italian resorts.
Buses to resorts leave from Antibes.
Italy one hour away, Monaco 3/4 hour. Many intact medieval villages in
an easy drive for touring,dining. Every water sport available.

Rates

575 euros per week March, April, October. 675 euros per week June, September. 775 euros per week July, August. A 25% deposit books the flat, the remainder due one month before arrival.
