RESERVATION:
Obligatory 40 days before arrival

Reservation(s) online by contract that foresees a 40% payment of the 
total amount due, as confirmation. The contract agreement is to be 
signed and sent back with a copy of the receipt of bank payment 
made, 
40 days prior (and no later than 20 days) before the clients arrival.
€100 deposit, is to be made at the moment of check-in, along with 
the 
outstanding amount due for the rental fee. The deposit amount will 
be 
returned on the day of check-out, if there are no voluntary or 
involuntary 
damages done to the premises.
The client has 10 days, prior to the date of arrival, to cancel the 
reservation. At which point the full 40% of the amount, paid at 
least 20 
days prior to arrival, will be refunded. Otherwise the 40% paid will 
not be 
refunded. Being a residence we reserve the full right to change the 
lodgings at the last minute, with the premise that the client will 
receive 
the same treatment.
