  I have vacancies in November and December!! This condo is located 
at the Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club 
located on Alii Dr.  The entire complex is located on the waterfront 
but, my condo is not.  It would cost much more to have an "ocean 
front" condo.  After all...the entire island is "ocean front and 
ocean view."  The 
unit is located in Bldg. # 8 in the aerial 
photo. The ocean is within short walking distance and 
so are great beaches.  My unit is very spacious and comfortable and 
is located on the bottom floor of a 3 story building.  There is a 
king size bed in the master bedroom, a double and single bed in the 
2nd  bedroom, and a sleeper-sofa in the living room.  This is a gated 
community with reserved parking.  I'm sure you will also enjoy the 
spacious lanai (patio).  
     

    Full kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple TV's w/VCR's, DVD player, 
stereo, w/CD player, screened in lanai (patio) and plenty of room!  
Some condos are nothing but a studio! Not this one!!  There is a 
separation door...in the hallway, for privacy, dividing the two 
bedrooms and bathrooms...almost like "two units in one."  Ideal for 
two couples or separation with parents/kids. You will not find a 
condo...in Kona...with this much value...at this price. 

   The Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club features: gated community, 
reserved tennant parking, oceanfront location, large pool, (3) 
lighted tennis courts, volleyball, BBQ area, 1/4 mile from Kahalu'u 
Beach Park, walking distance to snorkeling beach, shopping, 
restaurants.  This complex is also located NEXT to the Kona Country 
Club featuring (2) 18 hole professional golf courses. 
   Also, there is Crossroads Shopping Center (Safeway, Wal-Mart, 
Borders, Denny's, and more).  Keauhou Shopping Center is also 
nearby.  COSTCO is also located in Kona!!

  Right now (until December 15), I have authorized my property 
management company (located in Kona) to accept a 15% discount off 
the regular $125 per day for a cost of $106. per day. After December 
15 the cost goes to $130 per night as that is also 15% off the normal 
$154 per night cost. Compare the 
value of this condo (size, security, sleeping, comfort) to others in 
the area and I'm sure you will see that this is 
the "BEST VALUE IN KONA". Please call (toll free) my

   This condo is available for short visits of 2 or 3 days, weeks,
