LOCATION IN SAN DIEGO
Mission Beach is a unique California beach town. It’s a peninsula of 
high priced real estate surrounded by the Pacific Ocean on the west 
side and Mission Bay Park on the east. Two very different worlds and 
only a block apart! The Boardwalk and the beach on the Pacific Ocean 
is active, fun & busy. Body surf, board surf, boogie board, jump the 
waves, search for shells, build a sandcastle or just walk along the 
seashore. In contrast, quiet & serene Mission Bay offers another 
world - sail, kayak, swim, picnic & play tennis. You can ride bikes 
(included) or walk, run or skate on miles of ocean and bayfront 
sidewalks. Your choice. Enjoy it all!!

LOCATION AT THE BEACH - Location! Location! Location!!
Our very cute (and very new) one bedroom, one bath condo is located 
on the bayside of Mission Blvd on the corner of Redondo Court and 
Bayside Lane in North Mission Beach. Where’s Redondo Court? Redondo 
Court is right in the middle of North Mission Beach - about halfway 
between the historic roller coaster at Belmont Park and the famous 
Crystal Pier - so it’s the perfect location in Mission Beach. Mission 
Bay Park & Sail Bay are only 30 steps from the condo. You can see the 
bay from the living room window and the front entrance deck of the 
condo. It is not direct bayfront and that’s why the price is very 
affordable!! But don’t forget - you’re only 30 steps to Mission Bay 
and a short block to the ocean. Location, Location, Location!! Take 
those 30 steps to the bay and watch the Sea World fireworks every 
night at 9:30pm in the summer!! Very fun. Prefer to play at the 
ocean? The Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean are a short block west. 
The condo is an easy two minute walk to a small market and there are 
tons of restaurants, bars & local shops within a two block radius. 
You can rent rollerblades at Cheap Rentals, just a block away. 
Ralph’s Supermarket (discount card included) is five minutes by car 
or 10 minutes by bike. Costco is a 15 minute drive. The address of 
the condo is 3764 Bayside Lane. Check it out on mapquest. Great 
Location!!

INSIDE THE CONDO
Be one of the first guests to enjoy this newly renovated condo! 
Located on the second floor of a small building of 6 condos, we 
bought the only one with a bay view. It was a condo conversion which 
means that the whole building was purchased by a developer who gutted 
it and put everything new inside. New granite countertops, all new 
kitchen cabinets, beautiful wood floors, all new bathroom. We added 
plantation shutters on all the windows and a mirrored wall so you can 
see reflection of the bay right inside the condo. All the 
furnishings are new and it looks like a model home. Since the condo 
has a view of “Sail Bay”, we used a “sailing” motif with all the new 
furnishings. Very cute. Check out the pictures! 

The condo is about 450 sq. feet with a separate bedroom and bath. In 
the living room, there’s a leather sofa sleeper and a glass dining 
table with a view of the bay. There’s also an entertainment center 
with a very cool LCD TV (only 1” deep), DVD player, CD player & AM/FM 
radio. Bring your favorite movies and music or enjoy a few classics 
that we keep at the condo. Just in case you get tired of all that 
sunshine at the beach, there are books and plenty of games. No 
smoking inside but smoking is ok on the balcony.

The bedroom has a super comfy queen bed with good quality linens, 
pillows and comforter. Mirrored closet doors provide extra storage 
for your stuff. The bathroom has a tub and shower with a really good 
showerhead (nothing more important than a good shower!). And, we 
found a curved shower curtain rod and hookless shower curtain just 
like in the upscale hotels! You’ll find plenty of towels and a built-
in hairdryer. We even include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & body 
lotion!!

The front entrance deck can be enjoyed with early morning coffee or 
grab a beach chair (included) and gel out on the sand - 30 steps from 
the condo. A funky BBQ is located at the bottom of the stairs and 
we’ve provided BBQ equipment.

We’ve tried to think of everything you would need to have a carefree, 
fun filled time at the beach. No kidding.  Check out all that is 
included!! The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size 
refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, 
coffee grinder, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots 
and pans. There are also spices, coffee, tea, kitchen towels, pot 
holders, napkins, place mats, paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum 
foil, dish soap. There’s even margarita and martini glasses! Just 
bring your food and drinks!!

Headed for the beach? Grab the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, 
boogie board and beach umbrella - all included!! You can even use our 
two beach cruiser bikes!! There’s free local phone service.



PARKING
The condo includes one numbered, reserved parking space. That’s a 
VERY important benefit!! Parking is scarce at the beach and it’s nice 
to know you have your very own numbered parking space!!  Reserved 
parking is for ONE car.  NOTE: The parking spot will easily 
accommodate a medium size car but large trucks and SUV’s may not fit. 
There is additional free parking on Santa Clara Point which is 
available on a first come basis. We don’t recommend you bring more 
than one car because you will have trouble finding parking on the 
street.

OTHER THINGS TO DO IN SAN DIEGO - BESIDES THE BEACH
Mission Beach is central to all the fun spots in San Diego!! 12 
minutes to the San Diego International Airport, five minutes to Sea 
World, 20 minutes to Seaport Village, the Downtown Gas Lamp, Little 
Italy, Balboa Park and the famous San Diego Zoo. It’s a 40 minute 
drive north to the Wild Animal Park and Legoland. Posh La Jolla with 
all those expensive shops and restaurants is just 15 minutes north 
and you might also enjoy the Scripps Aquarium while you’re in La 
Jolla. In the summer, try your luck at the Del Mar Horse Racing 
Track - just 20 minutes north - or indulge in a margarita in Old 
Town - just 10 minutes from Mission Beach

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
If you want to forget renting a car or just leave your car parked, 
there is good bus service on Mission Blvd. that can get you all over 
San Diego and also connects to the red trolley. Take the red trolley 
to our new baseball field downtown or to Tijuana, Mexico.

If you haven't vacationed in San Diego, you're in for a treat! If you 
are a repeat visitor, you already know why San Diego is known 
as "America's Finest City". It’s “California’s Hidden Gem” with mild 
weather year ‘round. Actually, the only place in America with better 
weather is Hawai’I !!.Which reminds me, check out our very cute condo 
in Maui!! Maui no ka oi.

SUMMER WEEKLY RATES:  $1400 for 2 guests

FALL / WINTER / SPRING SPECIALS: $145 a night with the 7th night 
FREE!!  3 night minimum

Children under 12 are free. 3rd and 4th person over 12 are $10 per 
day per person. 

Condo will accommodate a maximum of 4 including all kids.

10.5% city tax and $50 for cleaning before and after your stay and 
fresh linens are additional.

$250 deposit to confirm. Balance due 45 days prior to your arrival.

$300 security deposit is happily returned after check-out.

30 day or more rentals - NO TAX!!
