Small to medium sized housetrained dog OK w/ additional security 
deposit and prior approval.   Minimum stay 3 days.  Smoking is not 
permitted.  Upon checkout, the house will be inspected.  You 
get $300 of the deposit back if the house is in the same great 
condition as when you arrived!

Payment:  50% due at booking with balance due 30 days prior to 
arrival.   Note: until confirmed, rates are subject to change 
without notice.

Cancellation up to 15 days prior to check in will cause a forfeit of 
50% deposit if the home goes un-rented for the same time period.  2 
days rent at the daily rate if un-rented may also be charged.
