Three seasons, each with it's own rate.  Weekly only (Saturday to 
Saturday) rentals during the HIGH season (June-August)  Weekly and 
two and three day rates also available during the QUIET season 
(December -March)and the MID Seasons (April-May, Sept.-Oct).  
Monthly rates available by special request.  

$300 deposit confirms your reservation (this becomes your security 
deposit upon receipt of full rental amount) due a minimum 30 days in 
advance. No refunds within 30 days of rental. Partial credit issued 
if time your time period can be re-rented.
