Cedar Cottage # 3 is perfect for a couple and small families. Located
on our loop of eco and pet -friendly cottages overlooking a small
tranquil lake only 30 min. from Charlottesville and 15 min. from
Crozet. The air conditioned cedar timber frame cottage will sleep up
to 6 people.
The fully equipped kitchenette has modern appliances including
microwave. Living room with double futon, bedroom with double bed,
small bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom w/ shower, and porch overlooking
lake. Hiking trails meander through this beautiful, unique property
of 129 acres with a lake and 2 other fishing ponds. Canoe and mountain
bikes available for guest use. No phone or TV in this cottage. Phone
available in office. CD Player, Books and Games in each Cottage. Many
nearby farms to explore and Only 10 minutes from Sugar Hollow Entrance
to The Shenandoah National Park.

Weekend, 2 Night Minimum, double occupancy( Fri., Sat. & Sun. and
Holidays):
$155.00 per night,
Weekday, 2 Night Minimum, Double occupancy: ( Mon.- Thurs.)
$136.00 per night.
Weekly Rate:
$790.00 (7 nights, & 7 days). Week rate is for 4 adults.
Monthly Rate:
$2,900.00 for 4 weeks. (Monthly rate for 4 adults)
Additional persons:
$10.00 per night: no charge for children under 5 years of age.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00-7:00 p.m. Other times by special arrangement.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:30 am.
Deposit: 50% of amount due is required to reserve your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit if cancellation is made
14 days prior to reservation, minus a $50.00 processing fee. Holidays
require a 3-day minimum reservation
Pets require an extra fee of $25.00 per stay and $5.00 for each
additional pet ( $15.00 per extra week stay).
Rates are subject to 10 % Virginia Taxes
