Security deposit of $250 is required and returned to you four weeks

Cancellation & Return Policy
60 day cancellation to receive full refund minus $50 handling fee. 
If reservation is cancelled under 60 days we will re list property 
and full refund (minus $50 handling fee) will be given if property is 
rented.
