Horizon House has been tastefully designed and decorated to 
comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests of all ages. 
However, pets are not allowed. There is no smoking, except on the 
outdoor deck areas.

 

Access is included to the Galena Territory Owner's Club pool,tennis 
courts and gym. Also access to the Lake Galena boat marina.and the 
horse stables. All are just minutes away.

The house is located 5 miles from Historic Galena, Illinois, former 
residence of U.S. Grant and Herman Melville. It is an intact early 
19th century town.

Four quality golf courses surround the house and the Eagle Ridge 
resort facilities

Rates are $400 per night plus 11% tax with a two night minimum. Each 
third night is free. Longer rentals are required during holiday 
periods. There is also a $49 cleaning fee per stay.
