grows the Kona coffee made famous by Aloha Island Coffee Company.  It
is a working farm, so you may see workers in the orchards, picking
coffee, pruning coffee trees, singing, and going about their work to
grow this finest of all Kona coffees.

Set on the historic site of Maka Hiki, the ancient Hawaiian
celebration of peace and reconciliation, this home is truly
spectacular in every way.  The home was built in 2005 and was designed
to replicate the ultimate in a South Seas Planter's home.  Decorated
by an award-winning Hollywood set designer, the home evokes life in a
Polynesian paradise.

Huge sliding glass doors recede into the walls, creating a complete
indoor/outdoor living area.  A large gourmet kitchen, with an
incredible view, is a cook's dream.  A top-of-the-line home
theater and surround-sound system provides the perfect touch for
evenings at home.  

Stroll down to the 20 x 40 pool, which is solar heated for 80 plus
degrees year-round swimming pleasure.

This home is perfect for two adults or two couples who want total
privacy, peace and quiet.  Separate bedroom suites insure complete
privacy.  It is also ideal for the individuals who want to retreat
from the world, write a novel, paint pictures, photograph flowers, or
just commune with nature.

A separate Guest House is also available (see listing #36429), located
100 yards from this main Plantation Home.  The Guest House sleeps up
to six.  A discount applies if both homes are rented by the same
person.  The homes are situated such that there is complete privacy
for guests in both homes.

Monument; all just ten minutes away!  Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
is 90 miles away.  Kailua-Kona is 10 miles away.  Beaches are as close

Deposit of $375 is required to hold reservation.  Balance and cleaning
fee is required 30 days in advance of arrival date.

Five Fractional ownerships of this property are available for sale,
providing sixty (60) days annually.  Each share is $500,000 and
includes complete freedom to enjoy this beautiful property.  Also
included is 50 pounds per year of roasted and packaged coffee from the
