situated a short block's walk from beautiful Carpinteria beach or an
easy stroll to the dozens of eclectic shops and restaurants of
downtown Carpinteria.
Our recently remodeled unit has vaulted ceilings, an upstairs
bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. Linens are provided. The
1st floor consists of an open living area with a queen sleeper sofa
and other furnishings, as well as a fully equippped kitchen and
seating area.Cable TV, DVD and high speed internet hookups are
available for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, an umbrella and 2 boogie
boards are provided to accompany you on your relaxing days on the
beach.
The town of Carpinteria is a beautiful coastal community of
beautiful beaches and breathtaking mountain views nestled between LA
and San Francisco. It is a charming, sun-drenched and relaxing
destination located a 12 mile scenic coastal drive south of Santa
Barbara, 15 miles north of Ventura and 80 miles north of LA.
Carpinteria beach's gradual sand slope, safe tidal conditions and
ratings as one of the top U.S. beaches for water quality make it the
ideal place for swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking or exploring
tide pools. For those who love to surf, make sure you visit the
world renowned surf spot Rincon point just a few miles south.
Enjoy bird watching at the salt marsh nature park reserve which is
an easy walk from the condo. And be sure to witness a stunning
California sunset or two at the scenic Carpinteria Bluffs.
Carpinteria is the perfect home base for exploring the outstanding
