corner of the lake near The Bay Club Restaurant.

Monthly Rental is $1400
Full Week Rental is $750 (Check-in Friday, 5pm. Check-out Friday 
11am.) 
$125.00 a night (Sunday—Thursday) THREE NIGHT MINIMUM
$150.00 a night (Friday—Saturday) THREE NIGHT MINIMUM

FALL/WINTER (OCTOBER - MARCH) 
Monthly Rental is $1400 + electricity
Full Week Rental is $600 (Friday-Friday) 
$85.00 a night (Sunday—Thursday) THREE NIGHT MINIMUM
$125.00 a night (Friday—Saturday) THREE NIGHT MINIMUM 

$50 CLEANING FEE for all rentals whether weekly or monthly.
The Cleaning fee will be waived if the home cleaning checklist is 
completed before checkout and if the house was left in the same 
condition as it was found. 

$300 refundable deposit required to hold reservation 
Full payment must be made 15 days in advance via money orders or 30 
days in advance with personal check. Credit Cards not yet accepted.

To make Reservations, print out and read over the RESERVATION AND 
RENTAL AGREEMENT on our website. Complete the form and mail to the 
address on the form along with your $300 damage deposit check to 
hold your desired dates. We will sign and return a copy with your 
receipt. 

Rates effective through 12/31/2008. Must be US Resident to Rent Lake 
Home.
