built armoire.  A Queen sofa bed is also available in the living

VCR player, small appliances, heated pool, grills, expansive patio, a 
private beach as well as local phone service and AC.
	From your patio at North Shore, you will undoubtedly have 
one of the finest views of the spectacular sunsets on Lake Michigan.  
Enjoy an aperitif at the high boys while watching the boats sail by.
	Step down to the beach where you can play volleyball, 
improve your tan or simply take walks along the shore.
	This unit is also within walking distance of downtown South 
Haven with its myriad boutiques, restaurants, galleries, cafés,

enthusiasts is just over the bridge. South Haven is known for it's 
4th of July Fireworks, and many festivals including the annual 
Blueberry Festival (August 7-10) and Harborfest (Father's Day 
Weekend ), 3 arts & crafts fairs  fairs (4th of July and Labor Day 
weekends) and weekly outdoor concerts on the river all summer long.

Deposits
50% Deposit is due at the same time a reservation is made. 
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. 
Security deposit is required and returned to you four weeks after 
departure. 
Security deposit of $250.00 is required.

Cancellation & Return Policy
60 day cancellation to receive full refund minus $50 handling fee. 
If reservation is cancelled under 60 days we will re list property 
and full refund (minus $50 handling fee) will be given if property is 
rented.
