The required security deposit is $200 to be returned upon the 
housekeeping inspection after checkout. The cleaning fee, which is 
$75, applies to a one night stay. The fee is waived for stays of 2 
or more nights. 11.5% tax is added to rate for city, county, and 
state lodging taxes. 

The home is available to purchase for $549,900 with the terms of the 
sale being either cash or conventional loan. A lease-to-own option
