In High Season - $350.00 a night based on two people plus a one time 
$125.00 cleaning fee.  For each add'l person $20.00 up to a maximum 
of 6 guests.  The one time cleaning fee increases to $150.00 for 4 
and $175.00 for 6 guests.  Off season is $300 a night with the
