Quiet Hill Ranch is just what the name implies, tranquil beauty
surrounds you in a true ranch setting. Three one room log cabins which
can sleep six each and a separate log lodge provide all you could
want in the way of amenities. The cabins are perched on the crest of a
hill with a 50 mile view with the hills cascading down each
side of a big valley which afford you one of the finest views in the
Texas Hill Country. A separate log lodge is always open to our guests
containing the Ranch Room which is stocked with books, games, puzzles,
toy box, a piano and dining tables. The other room of the lodge is the
Mighty Kitchen which is equipped with all the utensils and dishes you
need to cook the romantic meal or family feast. A hearty breakfast is
provided for you to cook at your leisure.

A rock swimming pool, fashioned after an old ranch water cistern, is 
positioned on the point of a hill that is almost completely surronded
by valleys giving one the feeling of swimming in air. The ranch
playground is equipped with horse shoes, sandbox, basketball goal and
play tower with slide and swings. A little red barn houses a coup of
chickens who gladly lay eggs for you to collect and use. Just behind
the barn is a wildlife observatory which provides the finest bird
watching in the Texas Hill Country. Miles of hiking trails into the
varied terrain of the Texas Hill Country is an experience to be
enjoyed by young and old alike. The combination of 2100' elevation and
no light or air pollution makes for the finest in star gazing from
your private campfire ring. Escorted trail rides with great horses,
scenery and Texas stories told along the trail make Quiet Hill Ranch
one of the very finest in Texas vacation destinations.

$40 trail rides (6 year old and up)
full payment is expected 14 days prior to arrival
Cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival is $15 per night
There are no refunds if you cancel within 14 days of you arrival date
No refunds given if # of reserved guests are reduced within 14 days of 
your arrival date.
