Rent This Beach Condo In Garden City, South Carolina. (10 Minutes 
South Of Myrtle Beach). It’s relaxing, enjoyable, fun, and 
affordable!!

The building is right on the beach. The Condo is on the fourth floor 
offering an absolutely great ocean view. (See Picture To Left.) 
Don’t worry about climbing stairs with all of your stuff. The 
elevator lets you off within just a few feet in front of the door. 
This allows for easy access to the beach and pool.

The Condo itself sleeps six. There is a master bedroom with a queen-
size bed and ample closet and drawer space for your clothes and 
other belongings. The master bedroom is also equipped with a TV, DVD 
and VCR. The couch in the living room rolls out into a queen-size 
bed and there are two bunk beds adjacent to the dining area.

The comfortable, fully furnished living room has a super 
entertainment center that includes a 32 inch TV with Cable, DVD 
Player, Surround Sound, VCR, Play Station, CD Player and Great 
Stereo System.

The bathroom has an enclosed bathtub for relaxing with a really 
great shower you’re sure to enjoy! The kitchen is fully equipped 
with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you’ll need. The 
refrigerator has an ice maker to keep your beverages cool. In 
addition to the stove, there’s a microwave, toaster, coffee maker 
and more.

The large balcony has a great swing that’s easy to lose yourself in. 
It’s a great place to sit any time of day or night and take in the 
ocean air. And did I mention the view is wonderful. We must not 
forget the large pool right on the ocean. It’s marvelous!!
