These adjacent townhomes are available together or separately! They
are ski-in/out from the cross country ski course (or directly on the
golf course in summer), within a couple miles of both Deer Valley and
Park City and a quarter block from a free shuttle stop. Each unit is
loaded with such features as a large fireplace, w/d, high-speed
Internet access, computer equipment, home theater, covered parking
directly in front of the entry, patios with gas BBQ grills, fabulous
mountain and slope views, newer appliances, electronics, and
furnishings. All bedrooms have private baths, TV & DVD, phone, dual
alarms and deluxe bedding. The 3BR also has a private hot tub, a
kitchenette in the MBR and was more recently updated. The complex has
a heated outdoor pool, enclosed spas, saunas, lockers, office with
concierge and a tennis court.
Across from the complex is a 24-hour supermarket, drug store,
BlockBuster Video, Starbucks, restaurants, 4-screen cinema, ski
rental shops - all only a block away. A lighted cross walk provides
easy access to shopping and connects the free shuttle stops that have
average waits of less than 5-minutes. The Canyons is only 3 miles
away and other major ski areas (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude,
Sundance...) are only about a 25 to 35 minute drive as is Salt Lake
City and the airport. Several golf courses are also within just 20
minutes away. This location, and the exceptional accommodations
described below, provide for a unique and most memorable vacation
experience.
Each townhouse is fully furnished and has living/ dining/ kitchen/
guest bath areas on the ground floor with bedrooms/ baths on the
second floor. The bed layout for the 2BR has one king bed and the
other bedroom has both a queen and twin. The 3BR has a queen and twin
in two bedrooms with a queen bed in the third bedroom. Queen sleeper
sofas near a half bath are in each unit. Together, the units have 8
beds and 2 sleepers. The posted maximum number guests for the 2BR and
3BR are 6 and 8, respectively. The 3BR can seat up to 8 at the dining
area, 2 or 3 at the counter and a couple at the coffee table so that
if a dozen people are staying in both units, they could all eat
together. If someone in your group needs to do some work, each unit
is business ready with high-speed Internet access, All-in-One
machine, office supplies and answering machine. Each entrance is
through a private atrium that has ski racks and can be locked. The
entrances are next to each unit, but there is no common interior
door. The units are relatively large with heated areas of about 1,500
square feet (sf) in the 2BR and 1,750 sf in the 3BR.
Whether you need accomodations from two adults to five couples or a
couple families with up to about a dozen adults and children - our
adjacent town homes provide excellent flexibility. During the winter,
either the 2BR or 3BR units, or both, are available. However,
especially during the non ski season, we can also offer rentals for a
1BR and 4BR as well. This is because each unit has lock-out bedroom
suite with separate access via a covered stairwell. The 2BR lock-out
can provide a fourth bedroom to the 3BR unit. Or, the 3BR lockout has
a kitchenette and can be rented alone as a one room suite. However,
the 1BR and 4BR options are usually only available during the non ski
season. Hence, we can assist you in the winter for a 2BR, 3BR or 5BR.
During the non-ski season, we can accommodate needs from 1, 2, 3, 4
or 5 BRs. Please note, we prefer a week stay with a Saturday arrival
in winter. In summer, we have strong demand for our units for the
entire month of July and August.
