The Flood Farm is unique; it's a working farm. If you're a horse 
lover, you've definitely arrived at the right spot. Imagine being able 
to load up your horse to enjoy your special getaway with you! You are 
welcome to exercise your horse in the 72x120' indoor arena, or the 
even larger adjacent outdoor arena. Then enjoy a ride along the 
Pacific Ocean. Can you imagine a more exhilarating experience? 

You will also find a trail leading to the fisheries road where public 
fishing and boating are available. Enjoy the many birds, eagles, 
ospreys, deer and occasional black bear that show up at Loomis Lake. 
You may also see a Red Hawk nesting nearby the lake.

kitchen awaits you for your convenience in preparing your meals.  A 
70x80-foot cement play area includes a full-size basketball court for 
the sports enthusiast.  Enjoy the breath-taking view of the property, 
its lush grounds and the beauty of Loomis Lake.

The lodge has a pool table, ping pong table , and Satellite TV/DVD/VCR 
for your indoor leisure time.

Kitchen includes Maytag dishwasher, full-size range and refrigerator, 
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and pots and pans.

Sheets and towels are also provided.

The Long Beach Peninsula offers many wonderful activities and places to

Winter rates start at $150 per night for the first two people, then add 
$15 per person after that.  Summer and holiday rates start at $165 per 
night.
