Cove Villas vacation rental is located within the serene locality of 
Mammee Bay on Jamaica"s spectacular North Coast.Mammee Day lies 
midway betweeen Ocho Rios and St. Anns Bay.  There is 1 X 2 Bedroom 
villa, 6 X 1 Bedroom villas and 1 studio. 
Each villa is self contained with air conditioned bedroom(s), full 
bathroom,living room/dining room with ceiling fan and full 
kitchen.The villas offer a unique alternative to large expensive 
resorts ensuring an enhanced personal experience you will cherish 
for years to come. Relaxing, yet very close to the action in Ocho 
Rios where the Pier, Margaretaville, Island Village, Taj Mahal 
shopping Centre,Wilderness ATV Tours, Dunns River Falls, Dolphin 
Cove, Mystic Mountain and more are within 2 miles of our property.

The villas are airconditioned,have hot and cold water ,cable t.v.
A special honeymoon suite is available for newlyweds and couples 
celebrating anniversaries, furnished with a four poster bed and 
other amenities.
Photographer is available for special occassions.
The property boasts an outdoor swimming pool where guests can cool 
off and relax, a bar area, an outdoor dining area, a gazebo, a 
B.B.Q. area and beautiful gardens.
As a member of the private Mammee Bay Beach Club, our guests have 
free access to this exquisite white sand beach which is a short walk 
or only a 3 minute drive from Cove Villas. This superb beach is 
undoubtedly one of the finest in Ocho Rios, with the conveniences of 
a coffee shop, changing rooms, massage hut,and craft vendors. This 
gorgeous ocean cove is protected by two reefs, appropriately called 
the "First Reef" and the "Second Reef". There are water sports 
facilities at the beach so that snorkeling, diving, fishing, sailing 
or glass bottom boat ride is available.
Arrangements can be made on request to make bookings for tours or 
help select from any nhumber of tours within the vicinity.
There is no restaurant on property but with your kitchen you have 
the freedom to prepare meals at anytime, not restricted by schedules 
or dress codes. You can choose what you want, when you want, all 
within the privacy of your own apartment. Kitchens are equipped with 
stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and 
pans, cooking utensils and tableware. Shopping may be done at local 
supermarkets or open markets, with our assistance if you wish. Open 
markets are a Jamaican experience in themselves, offering many of 
our succulent native fruits and veggies in season such as mangoes, 
pineapples, sweet sop, breadfruit and more. 
We offer optional meal arrangements which can be tailored on 
request. This means that if you prefer to shop and prepare meals 
yourselves, shop and have us prepare meals or sit back and have us 
provide AND prepare 3 delicious local or continental meals....it is 
all up to you. Here are 3 meal plan optio0ns:

a)  Purchase groceries at local markets and supermarkets and 
prepare  your own meals in your own kitchen, whenever you like. This 
plan is included in the room rate.
b)  You purchase groceries, we provide your own personal private 
cook who will cater to you in your apartment. An additional fee of 
U$20-30 daily.
c)  Meals- Included Pla: 3 prepared meals will be provided daily; 
breakfast, lunch and dinner. An additional U$45 per person daily.
(Breakfasst U$10, Lunch U$15, Dinner U$20)

The cruise ship pier, Margaretaville, Island Village, Taj Mahal 
Shopping Centre, Wilderness ATV Tours, Dunns River Falls, Dolphin 
Cove, Craft markets, Shopping  are within 2 miles of our property.
Tennis, ATV Bike Tours, cycling, horseback riding, Green Grotto 
Caves,rafting on the Martha Brae River, Prospect Plantation(a 
working plantation), White River Valley, Nine Miles (Bob Marley 
birthplace/burial) Fern Gully can be arranged upon your request. 
Upton Golf Club and Runaway Bay Golf Club are just a 20-25 minutws 
drive and can be arranged upon request.
