Situated on the ground floor of the main house at 'Hibiscus 
Heights', this one-bedroom apartment is modestly but very tastefully 
decorated and maintained to the same high standards as 'Warm 
Breezes' and 'Sweet Nest'. With its 6-burner propane stove and 
indoor seating for 4, the set-up is perfect for a small family into 
homecooking. 'The Artist's Studio' also has its own outdoor eating 
area, and resident guests of this apartment are welcome to use the 
owners' barbeque any time. Whether rented on its own or, with the 
cottage, as a package to supplement the larger apartment 
upstairs. 'The Artist's Studio' would be an ideal base for any self-
catering holiday.

'Hibiscus Heights' is a new colonial-style villa located in the 
Grafton area, on a scenic ridge overlooking the Caribbean Sea. When 
rented as a whole unit, it offers spacious living for up to 12 
people -- perfect for large parties who want to be together but, at 
the end of the day, still have their own space. All units have their 
own kitchenettes & also come equipped with electric toasters & 
kettles, microwave ovens, cooking utensils and other household 
necessities such as TV, telephone, cleaning agents & paper products. 
All linen and beach towels are provided. Servicing of the units is 
taken care of by Sandra, the housekeeper, who is personable and an 
excellent cook. In-house catering and personal laundry are extras, 
not included in any of the rates at 'Hibiscus Heights'. Use of 
plunge-pool restricted to guests of 'Warm Breezes' only! Without 
question, all 3 of these well-equipped & ideally located apartments 
would be a wonderful base for any self-catering holiday. 

'Hibiscus Heights' is a 1-minute walk away from Pleasant Prospect, a 
friendly fishing village with an ATM cash machine, a small but 
useful mini-mart, and a few very tasty local and fine-dining 
restaurants - the kind of establishments it's always nice to be 
close to on a self-catering holiday. Pleasant Prospect is located 
between Mt. Irvine and Black Rock, within a 20 minute (walking) 
radius of 5 of the nicest beaches along the Caribbean north coast. 
Away from the crowds of the lower lying tourist districts like Crown 
Point and the Store Bay area, these beaches are much quieter and 
largely free from any sort of commercialisation. Grafton Beach is 
just a 2-minute walk away. The Shirvan Rd. which runs along the 
lower part of the Caribbean north coast Rd. has become home to 1/2 
dozen of Tobago's most popular restaurants. All are within a 5 - 10 
min. drive of Pleasant Prospect. Recreational activities nearby this 
holiday home/vacation rental : cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse 
riding.
